You don’t need to book a slot with your accountant or compose a formal email. Open the app and ask. Your accountant team can see your books while reading your message, so you never have to explain the background from scratch.

In-app chat

Chat is the fastest and most effective channel, and it is the primary one for a reason: the message, the document and the state of your books are all in the same place. When you ask “why did this invoice go to that account”, the team is looking at the same invoice you are — no attachments, no screenshots, no guessing what you meant. Chat works both in the mobile app and in the browser, and it is the same conversation in both. Start a question on your phone and continue on your laptop.

Send files too

You can send files through the chat: a receipt, a contract, a bank statement, a screenshot. They go straight to the team that needs them instead of getting buried in an email thread.

The thread stays

Message history stays with your company account. Anyone on the team can see what was agreed earlier, so you never explain the same thing twice.

Rise’s AI accountant answers in the same chat

Rise’s AI accountant works in that same conversation. It knows your company’s books and answers immediately — including late in the evening and at weekends. The AI accountant handles the straightforward questions: where a given expense was booked, what a particular posting means, when VAT is deductible, where this month stands. When a question calls for professional judgment, or touches the annual accounts, tax risk, or an unusual arrangement, it goes to a certified accountant.
You don’t choose between the human and the AI, and you don’t switch channels partway. You write in the same chat, and the answer comes from whoever the question belongs to.

Email

Email is the right choice when the matter comes from outside the app: forwarding a thread from a supplier, an auditor or an authority, or writing at length when you aren’t signed in. Address: support@risegroup.eu Email has one drawback compared to chat: the message isn’t attached to the document or entry you’re talking about. If the question concerns a single invoice or expense, chat is faster for both sides.

Phone

When something is urgent, or awkward to explain in writing, call. Phone numbers and availability are on the Contact page. After the call, it’s worth writing down what was agreed in the chat, so the rest of the team has it too.

For urgent compliance matters — an upcoming tax audit or a late filing — mark the message as urgent in the chat. The accountant team picks it up the same day.
