The Rise mobile app is designed around a core principle — most days you shouldn’t need to open it at all. When you do, it should take seconds. Everything Rise needs your input on surfaces as a simple notification and a one-tap action, so you stay in control of your finances without finances taking over your day.

Home Screen Overview

When you open the app, the home screen gives you an instant read on where your business stands. You’ll see your current account balance, any pending tasks that Rise needs your approval on, and a summary of your most recent transactions. If there’s nothing that needs your attention, the home screen will reflect that too — no clutter, no noise.

What You Can Do in the App

Approve Transactions

Review and approve AI-suggested categorizations with one swipe. Rise pre-fills the details — you just confirm.

Capture Receipts

Photograph a receipt and Rise handles the rest. The AI extracts the data, matches it to the right transaction, and files it automatically.

Send Invoices

Create and send professional invoices to clients on the go. Rise tracks their status and follows up on overdue payments.

Message Your Accountants

Chat directly with your certified accountant team whenever you have a question. You’ll always speak to a real person who knows your accounts.

Approve Payroll

Review and approve your monthly payroll run before it processes. Rise calculates everything — you just give the final sign-off.

Notifications

Rise sends you a push notification whenever your input is needed — an approval request, a document to review, or a message from your accountant team. You can configure your notification preferences in Settings → Notifications to suit how you like to work. Rise will never notify you about routine bookkeeping it can handle automatically. Your phone stays quiet unless something genuinely requires your attention.

Installing the App

The Rise app is published as Rise Financial on both the App Store and Google Play.

App Store

iPhone — requires iOS 16 or later.

Google Play

Android phones and tablets.
What you’ll need: your phone and the email address you were invited to Rise with.

Part 1 — Install Rise on your phone

Open the store link on your phone

Open the link above on the phone you want the app on. You can also search the store for Rise Financial — the publisher is Rise Technologies Oy.

Install the app

Tap Install on Google Play, or Get on the App Store.

Open Rise from your home screen

Once installed, Rise appears on your home screen like any other app.

Part 2 — Sign in to your Rise account

Accept the invitation from your email

You’ll receive an email invitation to join your company’s Rise account. Open it and accept — you can set your password at the same time.

Sign in to the app

Open the Rise app on your phone and sign in with the same email and password.

Select your company

You’ll land directly in your company’s view. If you have more than one company, you can switch between them inside the app.

If something isn’t working

Search for exactly Rise Financial and check that the publisher is Rise Technologies Oy. If it still doesn’t appear, open the direct link above on your phone.
Use the same email address the Rise invitation was sent to. If you haven’t accepted the invitation yet, do that from the email first — the account doesn’t exist until you do.
Your account has been created, but the company still needs to be linked to it. Let us know and we’ll connect your login to the right company.
The Rise web dashboard offers the same functionality as the mobile app. Use whichever you prefer — your data syncs instantly across all devices.
